Luis Ortiz

Foreman Luis Ortiz has been with the company for nine years, and prides himself on making Perennial Planning's clients happy every day.  His team of 4 to 5 laborers help to complete all jobs, large or small.  Maintenance is also part of Luis's expertise and he is happy to help keep new gardens up to date and weed free all year long.
